Eat a diet rich in cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, kale, cabbage, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts.  They are a rich source of B vitamins, iron and magnesium, and also contain phytonutrients called glucosinolates, and indole- 3 carbinol, which can all aid liver detoxification.
